Executive lead, strategy

Responsibilities

• Communicate project visions to internal executive teams and operate effectively with external partners on business and operational issues.

• Clear-visioned leadership for cross-functional teams to drive strategy and company-wide initiatives

• Set strategy and amend monthly

• Manage complex co-development opportunities from sourcing partners and targets to negotiating deal terms.

• Partner closely with design and development studios to create, plan and execute project roadmaps, actionable plans, and deliveries

• Direct development priorities, spanning each project’s initiation through its development and launch, maintaining responsibility for all required resources to realize projects on time, and within scope and budget.

Knowledge

Executive leads are expected to come from industry experience, having been in leading positions at the project or team scale.

• A generalist knowledge background in computational tools covering ideation, organization, development, and production.

• Exceptional design skillset

• Experience in handling several project phases.

• Experience with financially relevant projects, of different scales and media

• Previous leadership role

• Hands-on strategy making and ability to convert vision to plan

• Rockstar delegation skills, with knowledge of team management tools, and process tracking
