Internal Structure and Scalability

Spatial Forces is a decentralized, plural, partnership-on-demand model that exists as a pool of skilled partners. It lives online, and the partners interact through the Spatial Forces server, with office space in the metaverse where all meetings shall happen.

Spatial Forces follows an open model, while periodically putting out public call-for-partners where new members can join. Each member of the community is a shareholder in all projects they are part of, and has the right to initiate and lead new projects within the company.

Partner Rules:

  • Partners must publically share an affiliation with Spatial Forces.

  • Partners onboarding projects own the management rights to those projects.

  • All partners have the permanent right to online project documentation.

  • All partners must agree on the workload distribution and the budget allocation simultaneously prior to starting the work process.

  • Partners are paid by the projects through Spatial Forces, based on the workload distribution and the budget allocation agreed upon.

  • Partners maintain partial-authorship rights while Spatial Forces holds ownership of the projects.

  • Partners must be always credited where due with no exceptions.

  • Partners shall be on-boarded through hiring, referrals, or through project onboarding.

  • Partners shall be paid within a maximum time duration of 21 working days post payment settling between Spatial Forces and the projects’ client.

Communication:

  • Throughout the project, all communication concerning the project must happen through the project channel.

  • The project owner must create the project channel, add the partners, and initiate the conversation.

  • The project owner, as a project manager, shall set up necessary documentation, working sessions, team meetings, and document session feedback.

  • No external communication of the project through any of its phases should happen by any member of the project team prior to written agreement from a leadership position.
